About Sinalunya

Sinalunya is a Taiwanese – Catalan project aimed at compiling information which can be of interest for expanding the economic, social and cultural relationships on Chinese cultural countries and Catalunya. This webpage is the upgrade of the initial blog http://sinalunya.blogspot.com and it will be on evolution and improvement over the next months.

Sinalunya is not a company (yet), although it may become one in the future. We will see. But because of globalisation of economy and because of the need here in Catalunya to find new markets where to export goods and services, we wanted to have a grasp of what is going on in this area, as well as to provide useful information in the world’s international language, English. We hope that it can be of some help for people from both parts of the world that want to know a little bit more of the societies they are going to interact with.

For additional information, please contact us at info@sinalunya.com.

Finally, the two pictures in the website header display the two ways in which the dragon is displayed in both societies: on the left, roof of the Confucius Temple in Taipei; on the right, roof of Casa Batlló in Barcelona, one of the signature buildings of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí.
